Cheese Spread

1 cup Mac Yourself™ cheddar cheese powder
16 oz sour cream


Mix Mac Yourself™ cheddar cheese powder with fat free sour cream, and season to taste. Once it has a nice orange color it should be about right.  Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Add seasoning of choice.

This is a cheese spread that's really good on a toasted English muffin, in a sandwich, on a baked potato, or over steamed veggies.
