Macaroni and Cheese Pizza

Yield: 8 servings

Cook Time: 7-10 minutes




1 1/2 cups pasta noodles
3/4 cup milk + 1/4 cup
2 Tbsp. butter
3-4 Tbsp. Mac Yourself™ cheddar cheese powder (more or less to taste)
3 American cheese slices
1 premade pizza crust
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup shredded cheese


Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions.

Stir in Mac Yourself
™ cheddar cheese powder, butter and milk.

Add 3 slices of American cheese and additional 1/4 cup milk to make a little more sauce/ Stir over low heat until melted.

Brush pizza crust with olive oil.

Top crust with macaroni and cheese.  Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake at 450 for 7-10 minutes, or until crust is browned.
