Baked Spiral-Cut Potato Chips

Ingredients

4 large potatoes
3 Tbsp. Mac Yourself Cheddar Cheese Powder
1 Tbsp. Oil

or

4 large potatoes
3 Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup Mac Yourself™ cheddar cheese powder
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsps. butter

Assembly:

Wash and spiral-cut the potatoes. Lightly grease a baking sheet and place the spirals on the their sides on it. Sprinkle the MacYourself Cheddar Cheese Powder over the chips. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden-brown, at 425 degrees.

Wash and spiral-cut the potatoes. Lightly grease a baking sheet and place the spirals on the their sides on it. Sprinkle sea salt over the chips. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden-brown, at 425 degrees. While baking chips, prepare cheese sauce to pour over chips.  Mix Mac Yourself ™ cheddar cheese powder milk and butter in a medium sauce pan. Heat to 180°F and hold 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
