Baked Spiral-Cut Potato Chips

Assembly: Wash and spiral-cut the potatoes. Lightly grease a baking sheet and place the spirals on the their sides on it. Sprinkle the MacYourself Cheddar Cheese Powder over the chips. Mix Mac Yourself ™ cheddar cheese powder milk and butter in a medium sauce pan. Heat to 180°F and hold 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
